Hande I ş lak Hande I ş lak is currently Director of Corporate Debt Portfolio at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London and previously was Deputy Head of Türkiye, in charge of corporate business. Before joining EBRD she worked at international banking corporations such as Citi and HSBC.
