W hen the UN adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the resolution bore a title that already expressed the lofty ambitions of the signatory states: The 17 goals and 169 targets would aim at nothing less than “transforming the world”, the document proclaimed. Halfway through to 2030, in this issue the OPEC Fund Quarterly is taking stock of the delivery to date in areas where the organization also makes valuable contributions.
