TEMURJON KOMILOV Deputy Minister of Public Education, Uzbekistan
“The importance of developing preschool education - and its profound impact on various aspects of human life and the economy - is recognized at the highest level in Uzbekistan. In recent years, the government has actively promoted systematic measures to support the development of young children. These include creating more favorable condi- tions for public-private partnerships, of which around 1,500 have been instru- mental in improving service quality and accessibility. These investments have been reinforced through active collabo- rations with international organizations such as the OPEC Fund, which have provided both financial and technical support to achieve these ambitious goals. Such partnerships play a vital role in ensuring sustainable progress in this critical sector.”
